MedyTrips provides international guests with a convenient way to secure their private transportation booking before travelling in Bali. Credit and debit card payments can be made through a secure payment link sent directly by MedyTrips after your booking details and price have been confirmed.
You can confirm your MedyTrips booking and make the required payment before your pickup date without needing to arrange cash in advance.
Secure Card Payment in IDR
Card payments for MedyTrips are processed through a secure DOKU payment link. DOKU is an Indonesian payment technology provider used to process online payments.
Your MedyTrips invoice is issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), so the agreed transportation price is clearly shown in local currency before payment.

A card/payment processing charge may apply and will be clearly included or explained before the guest proceeds with payment.
PayPal Payment
PayPal is also available as an alternative payment method for eligible MedyTrips bookings.
Because PayPal does not support Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for our payment setup, PayPal invoices are normally issued in a supported currency such as USD.
The PayPal invoice amount may include payment processing, currency conversion and withdrawal-related costs. For this reason, converting the PayPal USD amount using Google, XE or another online currency converter may produce a different IDR value.
