Booking Terms & Cancellation
Full payment is required after MedyTrips confirms driver availability. Your booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours before pickup: 70% refund of the tour price.
24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the tour price.
Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: non-refundable.
Payment processing costs already incurred may be deducted from an eligible refund.
Tour Duration
IDR 850,000 covers a private car and driver for a maximum of 8 hours. The price remains the same if the tour finishes earlier. Additional time is charged at IDR 100,000 per hour.
Pickup & Drop-off
The advertised price is based on pickup and drop-off within the agreed service area.
Bali destinations can cover large areas and some villas or Airbnb properties are located in remote villages or on narrow roads. Please provide accurate Google Maps locations.
An additional charge may apply for locations outside the standard service area. MedyTrips will inform you before confirming the booking.
International Online Payment
The official service price is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). International PayPal/card payments are processed in USD.
The USD checkout amount may include applicable international payment, PayPal processing, currency conversion and withdrawal costs.
Therefore, the USD checkout amount is not a direct Google, XE or other online currency conversion of the IDR tour price.
The exact USD amount displayed at checkout will be the final amount payable.
Changes & Conditions
Changes to travel date, pickup time, accommodation or itinerary are subject to availability.
Bali traffic, weather, road conditions or attraction closures may require itinerary adjustments.
If MedyTrips is unable to provide an already confirmed service, the amount paid for the service will be refunded.
