Important Booking Information

Minimum Booking Minimum 2 paying guests.
Ubud Central Area Advertised price is based on pickup and return within the agreed Ubud Central Area.
Outside Ubud Central May require an additional transportation charge, confirmed before booking.
Monkey Forest Ticket Not included in the IDR 600,000 package price.
Advance Booking Please book at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day and last-minute requests may not be accepted.
Activity Conditions Rafting may be affected by weather, river conditions, safety requirements or rafting-provider operational decisions.
Payment A deposit or full payment may be required after MedyTrips confirms availability and the final booking details. Payment is made securely in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through an official DOKU payment link sent by MedyTrips.
Booking Confirmation Submitting the form does not automatically confirm the booking. Your booking is confirmed only after availability has been confirmed and the required payment has been successfully received.
Cancellation Once the activity and driver are confirmed and the required payment has been completed, customer cancellation or no-show is non-refundable.
Secure Online Payment

The official package price is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). After MedyTrips confirms availability, pickup/drop-off area and final booking details, you will receive a secure DOKU payment link for the required deposit or full payment. International cards are accepted through DOKU, subject to the payment methods available at checkout. Please do not make payment before MedyTrips confirms availability and sends you the official payment link.
